PEACE! Posted by Hello

Reformat

My brother gave me a new computer. He hooked me up on a network to my old computer so I can take my time and copy over the stuff that truly matters and that I use. I will make better choices when I download something and install it on the new computer.... All the stuff I've loaded on my old computer has either placed spyware on my hard drive, was not the program it promised, or just slowed my computer down.

Thank goodness that I didn't have to reformat my old hard drive and start completely from scratch...

but...

How great to let God reformat our heart, our mind... to start fresh and make better decisions and put the stuff inside that only truly matters.

PEACE!

Other side of the cross

Old Testament
Judges 4:6-9 (NLT) - One day she sent for Barak son of Abinoam, who lived in Kedesh in the land of Naphtali. She said to him, "This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, commands you: Assemble ten thousand warriors from the tribes of Naphtali and Zebulun at Mount Tabor. I will lure Sisera, commander of Jabin's army, along with his chariots and warriors, to the Kishon River. There I will give you victory over him." Barak told her, "I will go, but only if you go with me!" "Very well," she replied, "I will go with you. But since you have made this choice, you will receive no honor. For the LORD's victory over Sisera will be at the hands of a woman." So Deborah went with Barak to Kedesh.

Jesus and the Cross....

New Testament
Hebrews 11:32 - Well, how much more do I need to say? It would take too long to recount the stories of the faith of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel, and all the prophets.

On the other side of the cross, the unhonored can receive honor. Everything changes for the better. There is newness of life.

The Father's S ong

The Father's Song
Matt Redman
I have heard so many songs
Listened to a thousand tongues
But there is one
That sounds above them all
The Father’s song
The Father’s love
You sung it over me and for eternity
It’s written on my heart
CHORUS:
Heaven’s perfect melody
The Creator’s symphony
You are singing over me
The Father’s song
Heaven’s perfect mystery
The king of love has sent for me
And now you’re singing over me
The Father’s song
This is an AWESOME song....
I love the idea that God could gather all the angels in Heaven and sing a love song over me....it would be a perfect song. And, can you really imagine the "King of Love" sending for you? What an awesome picture that is.
